UGANDA – October, 2018: I think the best part of doing this, is when I am able to help feed children and to fill the food storage room at the orphanage. It usually takes several days, because it involves shopping around to find the right merchant who is able to fill the (bulk) order, then hiring a truck, etc. We typically buy posho, beans, rice, oil, fire wood, and other cooking supplies.
“God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown Him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.” (Hebrews 6:10)

Last week, we were able to have a special day where we arranged an ice cream truck to come out, and each kid got a (three scoop) cone! This is a rare treat, because there is no refrigeration and little or no electricity. I don’t know of a more tangible way to minister the Father-heart of Jesus.
