THE PHILIPPINES – February, 2018
“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them…” (Psalm 34:17a)
Traveled from Cebu to Bacolod to Manila, ministering everywhere from the slums, to prominent churches and ministries. The bible calls us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul and mind. When I can love Jesus that way – things happen – I start to love what He loves. I’ve had the great privilege to travel the world talking about Jesus. What has motivated and kept me, is seeing first hand His unfailing love for the lost. After all this time, I still cry. The Lord sees the world and the nations – but miraculously, His heart always seems to be focused on the individual. In a world that is swallowed by social media, our greatest challenge might be to see past the ninety-nine and go after the one. A hungry child in the slums – a mother struggling to feed her family – a man picking through garbage in the city dump – a teenager addicted to drugs and living on the streets. The fields are ripe – and the harvest is near!
