KENYA- Still in Kenya, but heading to Uganda soon. Seeing Jesus’ hand everywhere. I almost can’t describe it. These pics below are of young people who live on the streets. Almost all are addicted to sniffing glue (kids as young as 8 yrs old).
Took two rough guys to a market to buy them shoes (and socks, etc.)… the Lord told me to treat them as I would if they were my own sons. We walked around for a long time looking for the right pair. By the end of the day, their whole countenance changed. In the end it had very little to do with shoes… it was ALL about the Father’s love.
Another kid (in the last two shots) handed me his bottle of glue, saying he was done with drugs. He asked me to get rid of it. I told him it might be better if he dispose of it and I’ll go with him. So we went to a dump area, and he pulled out a match to set it on fire – (great determination but not the best idea —*It actually exploded – no one was hurt, Thank God!)
