UGANDA – Winter 2017 “I knew you in the wilderness, In the land of great drought.” (Hos. 13:5)
Landed safely in Uganda, and headed straight to Karamoja – it was a looong hard journey getting here, but now feels like I never left. There’s been a serious drought here – so food is even more scarce than usual. Spent most of the time teaching in the schools and visiting remote (and isolated) communities not found on any map.

JULY 2017- One of my greatest blessings is when I get to fill the food storage room at the orphanage in Wakiso. This year, because of the drought, the prices have more than doubled, but God made a way.

JULY 2017- Sometimes the best opportunities to present Jesus are in the mundane things. Just living it out loud. Yesterday, as we were going to another town – I led two guys to Jesus. One was backslidden, and the other had never heard the gospel.
